Starting a weekly, every-other-week or twice-a-week plan? Your first cleanup is free. For a one-time cleanup, a yard that hasn't been cleaned lately takes longer, so it's added once to the price and shown in your quote before you book.

We walk it in a grid: corners, mulch beds, and along the fence line. Waste is double-bagged into your outdoor trash can.

$19 a visit for one dog on a yard up to ¼ acre, about $82 a month. Each extra dog adds $3 a visit, and a bigger yard adds $6 (¼ to ½ acre) or $11 (½ to 1 acre).
You're billed once a month: your per-visit price times the average number of visits in a month (4.33 for weekly service). Months with an extra service day don't cost more, and short months don't cost less.
Not with a plan: your first cleanup is free with any weekly, every-other-week or twice-a-week plan. A one-time cleanup is different, because the backlog is the job: a yard last cleaned 2 to 4 weeks ago adds $35, 1 to 3 months $84, and longer $140.
No. Plans run month to month with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime, and service continues through the end of the month you already paid for.
Online, by card or bank account, with no card fees. Your first month is charged when you sign up, then the same amount each month until you cancel, with an emailed receipt every time. Prices include any tax that applies to our service.
