Do you install pet waste stations or only service them?
Both. We install new stations and keep them stocked with bags and emptied, and we can take over the stations you already have. After the walkthrough, you get the station count, the schedule and a flat monthly price in writing.
How often do you service the property?
Weekly, twice a week, or on a schedule built around your property. Busy entrances and dog runs usually need more visits than a quiet walking path, so we set the frequency together at the walkthrough.
How will our board know the work got done?
Every visit ends with a time-stamped photo report you can forward straight to the board or your management company. If residents flag a problem spot between visits, text us and we add it to the next visit.
How does billing work if we manage several properties?
You get one monthly invoice at the flat price in your written plan, and every property you manage with us can go on that same invoice.
Are you insured?
Yes. Poopy Scoops is insured, and we send a certificate of insurance on request, so your board or management company can keep it on file before we start.
Do you clean up goose droppings?
Yes. For HOAs and lakefront properties, we clear goose droppings from common lawns, walking paths and shoreline areas on a schedule, quoted after the walkthrough. We clean up the droppings only; we don't handle or move the geese.
